The Covid-19 pandemic is a global pandemic that has a broad impact on all sectors of life, especially in the health and socio-economic sectors. Official data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, the percentage of the total national confirmed cases of Covid-19 reached 28.7% during the period from 07 March 2020 to 09 August 2021. The significant increase in daily confirmed cases of Covid-19 positive requires innovations in optimising the use of technology to support pandemic mitigation. Moreover, technological developments in the era of Society 5.0 allow us to digitise analog processes such as social contact activities (social interaction). The purpose of this project is to develop a peer to peer tracing platform and a hand-carry device to support contact tracing. As the results, even though 60% respondents express the agreement that the proposed contact tracing platform has potentially become a surveillance tool, 74% respondent express the agreement if the use of the current developed platform will potentially become a new protocol amid/post Covid-19 when people have a meeting.
